Design 3, (formerly known as Noesis Interactive) published a Library of very useful and indepth tutorials on many aspects of development through the Source Engine. The DVDs may be hard to come by and expensive. Design3 launched a subscrption based service providing all the same tutorials for a monthly fee.
Unfortunately the Design3 Video Streaming Service is no longer available meaning that the only viable method to get the tutorials is via Amazon or second hand online.
