Tools Section Complete

I have painstakingly (with much love and attention) updated the sourcemodding Tools section after i scoured the internet for as many GoldSrc and Source Tools as i could find.

Each tool now has a mirror, a short description and in most cases a screenshot of the tool itself.

If you dispute the fact that i mirror a tool be sure to get in touch, and remember use at your own risk, sourcemodding is not responsible for any mayhem these tools cause. They are simply mirrors of tools easily found through a smart internet search.
